Why does Hart not rate Connolly?

Similar to sirpie's thread. Connolly has not started under Hart even though we have not kept a clean sheet in any of the games. Also the only time he has came on was in midfield.

Iv noticed this aswell. It seems they start off leaving him on the bench but he is a regular by the time they get sacked.
