                      taken from BBC re Kevin Prince Boateng....

                      Fifa rules only allow players to play for two clubs in a season and the former Germany Under-21 international has featured for Spurs and Pompey this term.

                      Tommy Smith has appeared for Watford and Portsmouth this season so can't sign.

                      I did see him a while ago in Nandos in westfield tho, this was before Harts appointment prior to the Palace game, I take that as a coincidence. His Mrs isn't too great.
                      15 years in the wilderness will be a distant memory come Sunday 8th May 2011.

                              The only way round this is if FIFA believe by signing him we will be helping to sort out their financial problems.
