Put it this way there isnt many players who could look themselves in the mirror and be proud of their efforts this last few weeks. We need leaders out there, someone to raise the troops, get their heads up when they are down or ###### the ones not pulling their weight. Our captain at present Leigertwood is not a leader, end of.

Routledge is just lazy in my opinion.

Think the addition of one or two leaders in our team would see the performance of may others in the team go up by 20-30%. THink we have a lot of sheep.

true legs isn't the best of leaders i think there are players in are squad who could do a better job. (not including injured players)

Routs needs to get invovlved more in the game but i wouldn't say he is lazy

imho no one is safe from the chop..........drop the so called 'stars' n wait to see their reaction.........if they dont buck up n deliever its offski for them.......cant have passengers wanting a free ride here!

The problem is that you can't drop them as there is no one else to come in to take thier place.

So you end up playing the same group of players everytime.
