  • Taarabt staying put at Loftus Road

The 20-year-old Moroccan's future was in doubt when he was jeered by fans earlier this season, while his failure to nail down a regular first-team spot in recent weeks has added to speculation his time at Loftus Road may be up.

But Taarabt insists he has been given no indication from Spurs that they plan to recall him before the end of the season, or loan him out to another club when the transfer window opens.

"I'm here until the end of the season and I will not go anywhere else," he told the Kilburn Times. "Tottenham have come to see me play here, but they have not said anything to me about going.

"I'm fortunate to be at QPR - I enjoy it here, everyone is good and I want to stay. I'll keep giving it my best here and next season we'll see what happens."
