why? He has spent over 40 million! The clubs record signing warms the bench and is a flop. He built half the team - including the entire defence and they have the worst defensive record. They have had no clean sheets....

Big Sam asked for money when they were 5th and got none. They give Megson the most a manager has ever had there and he takes them nowhere.

He plays dreadful football and is generally disliked everywhere.... why will they regret it - they want to stay up!

Why is it my Megson thread got moved but this one hasnt? Mine was posted last night pre his sacking and was on topic!!!

Competence is a relative thing. Just look at who will be in charge now that Megson is fired. Do you trust them more to save Bolton from relegation? :waaaht:

I imagine the care taker boss will be reasonably temporary and they have sounded out some candidates already.
