Think the board are not to blame for the spat between Jim and Buzz.They were pushed into a difficult position after what happened.Results wise Jim was doing okay.Few games we were very unlucky in not getting 3 points.

Jim would still be here if Buzz had not shown why player power has got to be reined in.
