Does anyone know the return dates for Rowlands/Cook ?

Cook is back now appara..raring to go..Rowlands wont be back for a while yet, he's taken a job as an ar7ehole.

I'd previously heard Cook was targeting Ipswich Away (tomorrow) but recently have heard "End of January", even though back in full training now.
So none the wiser there.
Rowlands is presumably out for the rest of the season but what about Mahon ? Was he originally out until Feb or March ? Is he on target for then or sooner ?
Could be important if Watson does sign elsewhere.....
I thought Mahon was integral to our better performances earlier in the season. He may not be everyone's cup of tea and hardly spectacular, but a decent grafter and leader, which is what we've missed since.
