I'd be happy enough with Wise I think has a good management record and was a good player! If he comes here and gets us promoted the it will be very interesting to see the change in attitude of people!
That said I wouldn't mind Darren Ferguson either has worked wonders at P'boro and both of them will be capable of making their own signings so no need for a DoF!
Paul Ince is my least favourite of the three tbh he did ok ith MK Dons didn't do well with Blackburn but then even Big Sam is having trouble saving them!

They may not get that level of self-determination!
And you can guarantee that the D of F for the time being WILL be GP or even FB himself (as he regards himself as such a big expert).
