We have a policy where we do not accept and tolerate failure by the manager.... 3 loses and your out... Managers that apply to this job sure now know that if they don't impress quickly...there're out!

At least it keeps the rubbish away as I'm sure we must have had some right poor CV's come in, especially from John Barnes etc....
