Seriously? With players not being paid and all the instability to do with that club I'm surprised the players could be bothered to play! He did a great job with what he had, all good players were sold and he was left with no money to spend to re-build/keep pompey up!

Ok I'm not sure what the circumstances were at previous clubs, but at Pompey he did the best job anybody else could in that situation
