Today it was because of individual error - Faurlin.

I think we need a forward who can hold up the ball in this situation. We have none of those. Maybe Heidur, but he is on loan. We also need to keep our composure and keep passing, and not drop too deep. I think that takes leaders on the pitch.

RB and LB are still a must as Ramage and Borrowdale are not good enough. You need fast FBs in any league to track down players etc.

I was saying Borrowdale from the whole of the season. Hes been okay I suppose but not good enough. LB has been one our weaknesses for ****** ages now. I want it sorted!

I didn't see enough of Williams before my feed cut off (early on in the game) :(. Will have a look at him properly hopefully if he plays against Sheffield United.

Yep, defence pretty solid last season and possibly down to the tactics of Dowie and Sousa which might explain why Jim's more gung-ho approach has cost us more goals. Fair point.

But to me, we have few midfielders who track back to cover and tbh honest, think we can do with a couple of better quality defenders than the ones we have now because Ramage, Borrowdale, Williams, Gorkss, Stewart, Hall and Connolly will not collectively get you promoted. IMO.
