See what a difference a couple of hard working centre midfielders make!

I have been saying this along with others for weeks.

Legs although not technically the best, ran his #### off tonight and cut out alot of the WBA play. Was covering Ramage at right back a bit too much for my liking though.

    Watson aswell was great tonight.

It just takes so much pressure off the centre backs when the centre midfielders are just in front of you.

Thought Stewart should have cleared the ball for both goals but i cant fault his game overall.

I gave Gorkss MOM, but Legiterwood was outstanding and at last Watson was able to show what he can do with a dead ball.

Legs played like a captain tonight and fought for everything

Gorkss was very good but he did get caught out a few times luckily not punished though.

Didnt think Legs put a foot wrong and id love to know the stats on how far he ran.

It was all about the style im convinced we would of lost that under magilton we were gun ho with him,2nite we were more steady and solid just needed to step up a bit when defending

Exactly, the midfield werent only interested in going forward but actually bust a gut to get back aswell

Spot on... makes such a difference. I've hardly been Watson's greatest fan but he did well today and I expect the same come Saturday.

For the first time since Mahon was injured we've had a player standing in front of the back 4 stopping onrushing midfielders running through on goal.

Agree Legs was outstanding, in the 2nd half have in particular when he covered acres of ground, but would love to see him be more vocal with the players around him,Tell Ramage not just to throw the ball down the line to no-one (how many times), we still look dis-jointed and will do until we get a proper striker who can hold up the ball and bring our midfield into play more.
