    Naive?

Maybe a bit naive, but why should it matter that the players are not behind Jim. If he is the manager then surly they should do as they are told, if he wants you to run up and down the left hand side than ****** do it he’s the manager you’re the player do as you are told!

A couple of weeks in the reserves will soon have them getting behind the manager.

disagree, in any walk of life if a manager doesn't have the respect of his staff he wont last long.

Maybe everyone should read this article from Clive Whittingham, and TRY and look at the bigger picture, rather than just focus on 30 seconds of madness in a dressing room at Watford?
It's not that simple. It never is.

Problem these days is a player gets upset they demand a transfer and get their agent to stir things up in press. It's all pathetic the days of getting your head down in training and winning your place back or proving the manager wrong are gone.

The players think their bigger than club in all clubs not just rangers, football has changed for the worse the squad of players we have we should be right up their not sitting in the bottom half i suggest they have a long hard look at themselves and stop blaming everyone one else, doubt this would happen as most have their heads in the clouds.

While players should do what's asked if they don't the you're f.......d as a manager now days. It's as much about man management as football, you have to be able to do both.
