We should throw the kitchen sink to get Curbishley!

He is what we need, worked under financial constraints at West Ham and achieved so much at Charlton.

The guy is a nice man too.

He's been sounded out many times - he's a mate of GPs but he wants a prem club. Not sure if you remember but pre magilton rieger spotted curbs and gp (or a mate of his did) at a gaff 50 yards from gps london pad. You cant force the bloke to take something he doesnt want to take.

If he could get us in premiership,he would have more chance of a prolonged life in the top flight with finances we have so this surprises me. He cant question his ability to go up having achieved with Charlton this same feat?

might be an OK shout tho (best of a bad bunch)
