Bircham spoke more sense in that one interview than Magilton did in ANY of his. He's intelligent, down to earth and is Rangers through and through.

Magilton lost the dressing room, theres no two ways about it. And when that happens there can only be one outcome. Its got naff all to do with player power winning. He just couldnt cut it, simple as that. Playing players out of position, tinkering for no obvious reason, blindly and almost wilfully sticking to his favourites, bullying and publicly criticising players etc etc.
