Once again why are so many against the idea of Southgate?

Let's not forget that Boro were second in this league when he was sent packing - and they only won once since :(

        kenny daglish worth a punt
With his connections, NONE of our players (of sane mind!) would fnck around

Personally I think the club will change direction this time around and I can honestly see someone like Terry Venables getting the job or of similar profile. They are not going to want to keep going around in circles with managers.

            Paul Hart.
An unblemished managerial record, oozes charisma, clearly the fans choice, and will certainly inspire the players and fans through his reputation alone.

Southgate would be a good appointment.

              Won't happen.

I'll leave it at that and sullk.

Les Ferdinand would be a great appointment if he had a decent assistant, Gerry Francis?

Is that an opinion based upon your knowledge of some other activity, or just a gut feeling? If it is the former, then I think I get what you mean.

                        Don't joke.

Palace have monumental cash problems and it's not beyond the realms of possibility that Warnock/Jordan would cash in on any managerial request.

Nodge to be honest Warnock is probably the only name mentioned that could handle what is.. a difficult bunch of players.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Aren't all the big names at Palace available in January due to the cash problems? They probably wouldn't be able to turn an offer down and I think he would be perfect at handling our players, plus he has had success in this division before

                              But it's Colin!?

It's like Holloway but without the fun quotes. Christ, the media hate us enough without sticking Colin behind the mike!

Nodge you know as well as we do that we have a right bunch of c unts on the playing staff.
Colin will sort out a few billy big balls!
