I don't know John Gorman from Adam but I do know that he was employed by Magilton and if he took any other action other than show absolute loyalty to the guy who has employed him, that no other manager in this country would employ a coach that did not support the manager 100%. Magilton may or may not of headbutted Buzacky I don't know, I was not in the room nor have I heard sworn accounts of who was in the room and I certainly can't make a decision based upon the actions of a couple of individuals whose future careers were dependent on them taking that action.

Obviously, I don't know how much contact there was, if any, but I do think, that Magilton did something simialr to a headbutt. He allegdely did the same at Ipswich too.
He comes across as a bully and a manager who is quick to blame players in public, but never once takes responsibilty for his own i.e tactics, team selections, substitutions.
I don't quite understand:
a) Why all the support for JM, when apart from 4 or 5 decent results, QPR have been poor this season.
b) all the criticsm for Buzsaky who has scored 7 league goals this season from 15 starts. For a midfielder that is quite impressive.
Perhaps Buzsaky has exaggerated, but it is quite clear that Magilton is not a very good manager and has poor man management skills.
His criticsms about Buzsaky, Vine, Stewart, Gorkss, Connolly & Cerny are well known and all that his style of management achieves is demotivated players not wanting to play for the manager and perhaps even the club (especially if they read these messageboards, or hear negative comments from the stands).Comment

has Buz actuly said himself that JM nutted him? im sitting on the fence on this one as no-one except who was in the changing room at the time knows exactly what happened. but i do feel JM has lost the changing room and cant come back as our manager after this. next game Buz will have my full support as he is still a main player in the squadComment
