My source tells me that it was actually Fitz Hall doing the headbutting.
Nothing sinister - someone threw a ball towards him and he went to head it.
After about 5 minutes he'd managed to change direction and stick his head toward it - by which time Buzz ambled past and caught one on the nut.
Fitz was going to apologise but spent the net ten minutes wandering about the changing room aimlessly looking for the ball.

civil cases do not involve the police. slander or such like would be dealt with by the civil system.

assault doesnt have to be physical just to let everyone know. By the way he wouldnt go to the met saying hes falsely accussed. Buzsaky would have to firstly go to the met and say hes been assaulted then it would be up to magilton to plead his innocence.
