    One Player In Tears???

QPR to axe Jim Magilton over clash with Akos Buszaky

Jim Magilton will be sacked as Queens Park Rangers manager after a player revolt at Loftus Road in the wake of his bust-up with Akos Buzsaky.

The former Ipswich boss was suspended by the club today and his departure will be confirmed after an internal investigation into the row with his midfielder following the defeat at Watford on Monday night.

HAHA I would love to know who that was!

Have they never been shouted at before?

I have never jumped on the 'modern players are soft' bandwagon but this is hard to ignore.

Buzsaky then waited on the pitch and in the Watford kit man's room for 30 minutes as Magilton tore into his team over their sub-standard display. A group of players went to speak with chairman Flavio Briatore and sporting director Gianni Paladini, with one member of the squad said to be in tears over his treatment at the club.

So glad Magilton is going, what a bully.

emotions run high and even the strongest man, has a breaking point..especially if it's ""spilling the beans" and has been bottled up.

basically this is high level pro sport, it's physical but i wouldn't stand for bullying, yes the manager has to be tough at times, but surely there's a limit?
does buzza seem a hard man to you?
to me he seems quiet...effeminate ?? i am not suggesting he is gay, just seems shy not abrasive, brash, loud.
