There were problems in the dressing room after the Boro game where heated words were exchanged between the manager and two players. And now this will be the nail in the coffin!

I agree 10000000% that he now has to go because of his actions. This thread is bitching about his tactics and team selection which is a joke just because we have had two bad results.

My point I was trying to make! Drop Faurlin, one of the best players this season and our MOTM against Watford, play Ramage who seriously is shocking, play Agyemang who is BAMBI ON ICE AND TO TOP IT play Connolly in Central Midfield.

But we haven't just had 2 bad results. We had a bit of a purple patch that papered over the cracks, but look at the facts we have actually got one fewer point than we had after 20 games last season, we have scored a lot more, but we are also conceding way more than last year.

But anyone with an ounce of sense and experience of these matters knows that if a manager needs to resort to screaming and going mental at half time of his second game in charge, it's only ever going to end one way, and it won't take too long either. That sort of thing has shock value if it happens very occasionally and after a while when players aren't expecting it.
