We must be the unluckiest club in history......

Anything that can goes wrong does go wrong! Every other club gets money and starts to do well, we do the opposite!

You make your own luck. We had a man of honesty and integrity as manager and got shot of him. Then we hired a bully and incompetent to replace him, because he was cheap.

The Board got what they deserved.

I dissagree with bad luck. Yes, of course the loss of both Ray Jones and Kiyan Prince were hugely unfortunate for both the club and their families, but we've screwed ourselves by hireing one poor manager after another and by having a chairman who gets involved where he's not needed. Poor signings and not enough money spent on proper ones.

We've had gun battles in the board room, players on rape charges, administration twice, endless managers getting the sack, chairman interfering with team selection, good servants of the club being treated like dog sh1t and losing so tragically players Prince and Jones.

There are endless other things we could talk about.

Granted Dave, but the position we're in now is to do with poor appointments and signings. Most clubs with cash buy strikers 1st off.

So we'll just forget the **** poor managerial appointments and the reluctance to spend money on good players?

No way can we blame all this on bad luck.

unluckiest club in history - absurd.

Try telling Portsmouth fans that when their club go into administration in 2 weeks time. Look at the fall of other clubs like Luton and Leeds. Other clubs can't even pay wages at the moment.

We have a healthy looking future - we are just searching around at the moment, but it WILL come togethor. Look at Inter Milan. They wasted their money for years and didn't get it right, but it worked out in the end...why? Because they had decent financial backing.

Money is the single most influential factor in a clubs future now, and we are one of the few that have potential to exploit wealthy backers in the future. We haven't spent big yet, but the potential is there.

Would you rather be a Palace fan right now?
