About time Mgilton looked at himself, if he had sent out the right team and led properly he would hae no reason to be unhappy. Instead he blames the players who eventually will become tired of his bad management and want to leave.

I'm also guessing the manager is having big trouble with the egos and team. After all, he was a good player but maybe these players just don't respect him, and the fact he hasn't managed at the highest level?? really don't know, but something is going pearshaped.

i don't worship players...not at my age....but will not back a team that shows no passion....but then to get passion you need a good manager...not a tinkerman.

How do you get passion when half the team are loans its all very well when we were on a good run but now were not they are not interested

The only way you get passion is if the players have an afinity with the club i.e support them or were brought up through the youth or like Rowlands been here a few years

Im so lost with QPR at the minute, but seriously if Buzsaky left, i couldnt forgive JM for letting our special number 10 feel the blame of his inability to manage.

Its obvious for all too see we have to keep the same team, and in that team imo Gorkss, simpson, buzsaky, adel, connolly and routledge must start unless they are unfit.

Lets be honest he is not a good enough manager. We all knew it deep down when he took over but the whole give him a try and support him stuff made us give him a chance. We started well but he was always going to be found out. About time the powers that be brought in real quality to manage the team, but wait this takes money so might have to rethink!

don't agree with that....the passion died when the tinkerman changed a winning system...the team played superbly at one stage...banging in goals...then he changes the team......and the slide down began.

if players are treated with respect you will get passion.....if they are treated like ****e because of the managers failings then you get the last 2 performances.

The only positive i see from this is at least hes been found out when we are in the CCC and not if wed made the Prem and cost us our chance of staying there,
