Too many odd decisions with tactics, subs and how he treats certain players.

Couldn't get there yesterday so had to listen to commentary - Bradley Allen summed it up pretty well for me. It was along the lines of maybe JM has overachieved during a brief run with the squad available when in reality they were punching above their weight and are now being found out for what they are - a mid table side unless something is done to address the unbalanced squad they have then that is all they will achieve.

That said everything my Ipswich mate said to me is panning out - he said he would tinker until he got a settled side we'd go on a run get found out then he wouldnt have a plan B, stick to his favourites and we'd slide back down - on the money so far...

For me the bottom line is this - I honestly dont think he is an intelligent and astute enough person to make a success of the job. I hate to say it but thats my honest opnion of the man.

My belief is it was the wrong decision to sack Dowie and it was the wrong decision to sack Sousa after that. But in Magilton's case I think it was the wrong decision to ever appoint him. And before all the flame wars start, thats been my opinion since day 1.

i hope he does - too many chop n changes with managers we need stability.. i didnt expect us to go up BEFORE season started - after preston i thought hey maybe a chance? - im now just waiting to see us in january.

he is a good manager but he just needs to accept when he gets it wrong tactically.
