Genuine question, why didn't we sign him? Seems fairly obvious we need another striker and I remember Pete saying at the time the reason we didn't sign him was because he was demanding too much money. Fast forward a few months he is on loan to Derby now I can tell you now they won't be paying him big wages not a chance!

He also scored today on his debut, i'm not saying he is particularly great or would be the answer but he is a striker which would be a start. I'm just intrigued as to why we are choosing not to sign strikers that we could easily sign....

Also both Lita and Kitson were signed this season by Boro..... both leagues ahead of what we have in that department?
