            Don't be so hard on yourself - I don't have 100mb fibre optic cable routed to my flat, so you are clearly much more successful! I'm sure that cost a lot more than the extra £100 moving to platinum cost me!

                            I was told yesterday that they've all been sent out, however they also told me, that if I haven't received mine by the end of the week, I should contact them. Makes me wonder if they have all been sent out or not.

                                yep, i got mine 2day as well after ordering membership on the 14th october! was out but postie left it on the door step. which im kinda glad about even tho it cudov got nicked. loving the hat, been wearing it all day ahaha
