Yet again another football manager is sacked before he is given a chance to settle in.Shows how club owners today have no patience.

Years ago managers were given plenty of time to build a team,not have people above you sign players without your say so and then sack you if they don't perform.

Todays sacking shows the meglomaniac side of our owners.Dowie was sacked for actually wanting to pick the team himself,and Sousa is sacked for speaking the truth.

I really can't believe we are judging a man on 26 games. Come on, how can anyone think that this is a true reflection of anyone ability. What’s even more worrying is that the last two managers haven’t really been sacked for footballing reasons.
