We are definitely being entertained this season and I would say on the whole this season has been successful.
trouble is, with next 3 games coming up we could find ourselves 10th or 11th mid December and everyone will start to be concernedALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

I said yesterday we were 9pts from 2nd and 3pts from 12th, but as everyone is in glass half full and FFS we are 5th or 6th mode, everything is fine. I hope I'm wrong, but after the next 3 games, there is a real danger we will be out of the top 10 and the tone of posts will be very different.Comment

The board can buy all the entertainers they want once we are in the Prem. Only promotion at the end of this season will make it a success, anything else is a failure.Comment

Agreed. What looks like success now could very quickly look ordinary.
In terms of points we are closer to 16th than we are 2nd.Comment

Both. The only sort of success we've ever seen at Loftus Rd has been thanks to teams who have been supremely entertaining.
I hope I never live to hear someone say, "Christ, we bored the shyte out of everybody, but boy, were we successful."Comment

I remember when we were fighting relegation, no one cared how we played as long as we got enough points to survive. Now we are in with a shout of a play off spot, the most important thing for some is the way we play, not the points we get, which is bizarre.Comment

The way I see it, you battle, scrap, fight, for survival. Success, comes from having a team of players all confident in their own ability, confident with playing alongside one another, all feeling they're unbeatable, playing with a style and panache that underlines their confidence, and with that, I believe success in one form or another isn't too far away.
As I said before, whenever Queen's Park Rangers have been successful, it's not only been a pleasure being a fan bathing in that success, it's been a pleasure being a fan actually witnessing that success unfold on the pitch.
I'd hate us ever being another Wimbledonkey, playing route one shyte, and then claiming that all that matters is the three points such mind-numbing tactics bring about, for me, it just would not be true.Comment
