They do seem to lack a long term plan, sometimes appear to lurch from month to month, and can be quite... reactionary.

If Magilton, Dowie, Sousa, De Canio or any other boss has been influenced by a minority of fans booing around the ground then they deserve the criticism they get. If the make tactical or team decisions by viewing message boards then again they deserve what they get.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and everyone is allowed to change it as long as they are adult enough to admit that they were wrong in the first place.
