I dont normally go against the club, however this has ****ed me right off! I remember on the old we are the rangers boys forum, I had recieved alot of stick about my comment regarding Mr Flavio Britore however; now I am starting to feel that them people are starting to believe the same as me. Mondays games against Sheffield has to become a match were people protest.

If I were one of our players I'd be asking my agent to find me a new club -- as you say, they are CONSTANTLY having to prove themselves, adapt to new styles of play/management etc.
It would drive me nuts if my boss in work changed that regularly.

Very damaging, very unsettling and very, very poor management by the board.

sousa's record is enough for him to be shown the door.. he hasnt done enough.. regardless of how many managers before him.. he hasnt done enough.. and i am glad he is gone, hopefully we can get somebody in with some real experience of managing in championship.
