Owen Garvan is class. I mentioned him at the start of the season. Always pick him in my CCC dreamteam. Product of Ipswich's youth. I'd be quite happy if this were to happen.

I don't know a lot of Woid apart from what my Wednesday mates tell me. They say he's quality and they're gutted he won't sign. Looked decent on the few times I've seen him.

Wood is a Centre Back who can also operate at Right Back and Garvan is a box to box Central Midfielder.

Both seem to fit the remit of the type of players we would look to sign. Both young, proven Championship players who for one reason or another are currently available for transfer.

I'd sooner have Hall in place of Stewart. Stewart has to be THE thickest footballer I've seen.

Stewart hasn't been good this season I know but from other seasons I have seem him he has done alright and rather have him as back up then crock Hall who is also a more of a liability.

Stewart is fat and has a huge concentration issue.
I don't want to sound rude but Stewart has the biggest #### in professional football.
He is lacking a yard of pace so he hasn't rescued any co ck ups this season. Infact if it wasn't for Gorkks last ditch tackles stewart would of cost us many more points. Not good enough and neither is stewart so a centre back is a must. We will agree to disagree I think. Sir Les stop living in the past. He has been sh it this season.

He did not get my vote, and to be fair (ask anyone) I've NEVER rated him and cannot believe he won the award. Gorkss, Connolly and Cerny were all better IMO.

Granted Stewart has not been good this season but some of the comments made are extremely harsh and way over the top imo. I would have Stewart over Hall any day.
Not withstanding the above i would like to see a quality centre back added to the squad, especially as the glandular fever could strike Matty at any time.
