    swings and roundabouts.

Many will agree. On the playing side he didn't know his best 11.

If he had played near enough the same team week in, week out, I would have defended him to the hilt. Fact is, when you tactically change it so much, you have no consistency.

The fans have expressed support on here, but seriously many would not chant his name. Thats not an excuse, just an observation.

Good thing about Sousa was that so many of the players including the weaker ones like Delaney, Ramage and Leighterwood have improved under him.

Gorks and Ephraim have improved rapidly.

The players who can play a bit of football have done really well under him. Yes, the football was not great but imagine when he has people like Buz, Rowly and a fit Vine back plus 2 or 3 top strikers.

I reckon some of our better players will be thinking this club is a circus and I don't want to be here.

Sousa; the fans support you and fair play for standing up to Flabbio.

the signing of routledge changed his era as qpr manager.. as soon as routledge came in, he had to change from diamond 4-4-2 to accomodate routledge. ever since he hasnt kept tactics the same

              Sorry mate, don;t agree.

In the last 3 games Ramage has played very well, but I see no improvement from the other players.

Gorkss was quality near the end of Dowie's reign

He definitely does pick his own 11.

Thats probably true but how many of those 11 are his buys? Surely he should be given more time to bring in his own players?

In fairness had Sousa been able to field all the players with long term injuries, I'd expect we'd not be talking about Sousa leaving.

The team does well until it comes to actually putting the ball in the net. We create good chances but we miss them, Blackstock, Helguson and Di Carmine have all missed sitters. Plus Cook, Routledge and Alberti have all squandered very good chances. As has been said before it is not rocket science where the problem lies and this has not been addressed either on loan or by buying. It is like trying to fight with a broken hand. So instead of accepting that we should have got a forward we will waste more money on pay offs to a man who was doing a good job and with a decent forward would have done a better job.
                            RIP: Doug, Sniffer and Pat
