Neil Warnock, all day.
Hate the guy, but he has got one on the worst squads in the league and still has them mid-table.
Nearly got Palace up last season and took Sheffield Utd up.

Sousa is the best championship mangager!!!!
In the last 17 league games, QPR has only let in 12 goals. That´s what I call a great defensive record!!!
...and if Sousa could have used 2 strikers from either Wolves, Reading or Birmingham. Then QPR would be in the Premiership next season!!!Comment
