Taarabt is a very skillful player, but skill alone doesn't make a great player.

He needs to learn that passing the ball to players in a great scoring position, is often the best option if you want your team to score i.e. notice Watson and the almost open goal from 6 yards, rather than a lame chip over the keeper which is easy for the defenders to clear. That is just one example of his greed.

Perhaps he needs to play in a prcatice session with him in a team of 7 (gk, 4 Def's 1 M and him) against 11 others. Maybe then he will realise the value of fellow attackers.
