It's fair to say that I think Madge and John are doing a good job this season and as long as we are involved in the mix up I think the club is progressing well.

"Julian Speroni is the best keeper in this division by a mile and I don't see anyone better in the Premier League.
"It's good that nobody rates him. But he's not leaving while I'm manager - unless I take him somewhere with me.
"I'm disappointed in a way we didn't win, but it was a good game and the players gave me everything."
