I think your friend was winding you up. Leigertwood can't pass water, let alone the ball. He was supposed to be sitting in front of the back four like Mahon does, but offered little, if any, protection and often passed the ball to Leicester players.

Leigertwood is a very good right back, and that is where he should be playing.

We definitely lost something not having Mahon alongside Faurlin last night -- Legs slowed down everything, stood off everything and only loked comfortable when put back at right back.
