If Balanta and Ephraim are fit and Watson can stay on the pitch, it may be best to loan him out for now.

I think it's 100% Gareth's choice, if it's what he wants to do, he would go with my best wishes. Top man, Gaz.

ask gareth.. if he wants to then yes.. if not then dont... the guy deserves to choose.

he is a useful tool for our club not so much in the playing aspect but for the team morale and leadership + commitment

waddock is half the player/manager that wild thing is.

Gaz asking waddock to be his number 2 at a club is more the right pecking order.

                          Ridiculous.

Waddock has years worth of coaching experience with youth teams and the academy development etc and a short lived and albeit unsucccessful stint at QPR as manager, followed by a very successful time at Aldershot where he won promotion and then had them competing in League 2....

Ainsworth was caretaker for a few games which doesn;t really come with any pressure whatsoever, as you're ultimately not the scapegoat. Yeah that makes him higher in the pecking order...

I think it would be a good thing for him. It's local, he'd play more, and he knows Waddock. If he wants to do it and he leaves I'd love to see him back for a well deserved testimonial.
