That thread was locked pending legal enquiries and no one is happy about this.
I think you misunderstand. I know WATRB isn't the be all and end all, of course. There's no libel law been broken, to my understanding, in the original thread. Simple case of supporter reporting conversation with manager. If the manager or the club, now wish to distance themselves from those comments, you send a nice email to the originator asking for either right of reply or a retraction. You certainly don't bring threats of legal action to bear. If so, every single message board (football and showbiz) would be shut down with a click of a finger.

Either an extraordinary large hammer to crack a hazelnut or there's far more to this than meets the eye.

Wozza - post it on IndyR's or dotorg - You can copy and paste or ask another member to do so if you're comfortable with it.

OK Cheers Pete - can understand the Cook/Helguson stuff could be explosive and uncomfortable.

Unlocked before or after Sousa's dismissal? ;o)

We have received no legal threats but there are some issues that will be hopefully resolved by tonight. You must understand that, on the one hand, not everyone is a legal eagle, but, on the other hand, please see the post by Bluehoop on this same thread.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:
