True. And, from personal experience, the box office staff do a great job under at times what are difficult circumstances.

I bet not even 1000 people have renewed as the club done a special deal for the first 1000 people who renew. They would have had the name of the 1000 person for sure on the web site, just as they did for the first one who renewed.
