That will be a forum permission type issue. I will raise that with the appropriate folks. (I just run the hosting)

I cant see an easy way to restore that.

It seems logging out and restarting has worked for some but not all so as Stanley suggests, we need to wait for MYU and the cavalry

Can add a picture as attachment but then not allowed to post it. Meh.
And I have such a great picture to share, me doing the pitch invasion naked.
It may have been photoshopped a little, but that's artistic licence for you.
