It can't solely be down to the manager Jim it's been going on to Three years , has the dof been doing a magnificent job ? just look at what quality of players have been. Coming to the club before the last 12 months , as regards to to us being an attractive option to a better manager , me I can only think one less attractive club than us in the championship and that would be Burton , at the moment
