Stupid question. Why does he continue with it when it doesn't suit us and has us struggling around the bottom of the division?

At least Furlong has the potential to be one if he gets coached properly for the role, but that's about it for this squad. Perch? Not really, and will we ever see Kakay again? -
nope, certainly not our best option, limits us far too much and leaves us too open at the back. fullbacks are supposed to defend and support at this level and no more, ridiculous how ollie still sticks by our 352 formation when more often than not it backfiresComment

Shania. Furlong did ok yesterday but has clearly had no coaching on how to play wing back. Over lapping runs, running into space off the ball and providing attacking natural width. Bidwell is the same and cannot blame either player.Comment

I think he's unsuccessfully going for safety first by giving himself the extra man in m/f , I've said many times I don't like it even in good side , even tho the game was over second half I thought we looked a lot more comfortable when Scowens moved to l/b in a back fourComment

Yes play with wingers and get crosses in for the likes of Sylla and Smith, but that makes far too much sense for a manager who had his day with play off promotions for Blackpool and Palace and a League 1 promotion with QPR, but for the most part has been a failure or mediocre the rest of his careerComment

Did we play 4-4-2 at Forest ?
Can't stand 3-5-2 personally....especially when you don't have attacking FB'sComment
