No point giving Tony or the club grief on this as far as I'm concerned. Both players have been close to the first team for 3 or 4 seasons now. Every manager we've had in that time has overlooked them. Can't be a coincidence.

I think Petrasso will go on to be a good player mate. Perhaps he just needs to drop down a level to to get some regular game time. At 22 years of age he should be playing first team footbal by now.

Come on mate. Lot's you can knock the club for, but you have to say that our scouting and transfer policy is is much better controlled than it has been in many years.

If we are looking at players from Peterborough and Stevenage, it will be because they have the ability to make the step up to this level. I don't for a second believe that any players that we are looking to bring in in the next couple of transfer windows will be of an equal or lesser quality than Petrasso or Grego-Cox.

Surely you can see that we've improved drastically in those 3 years, both in terms of scouting and negotiating transfers? I would actually go as far to say that Washington was the last player we had our pants pulled down on, and I'm hoping it stays that way!
