I Said on another thread that I believe Holloway to be untouchable in regards to him being sacked,club cant afford the pay off,as some clown decided to give him a 3 yr contract,wouldnt of given him 3 minutes personally...utter turd of a manager. Also fernandes knows he wont be able to attract anyone of any substance as who would want to work at the circus the club is.

I don't think it's the pay off as I bet he's not on amazing money. Kind of got the impression he'd manage us for peanuts.
I think it's more the 'oh no we have to get a proper manager in now and pay him good money' scenario. They've tried going the cheap option and it's completely backfired.
If we want to get out of this mess we need to spend money on a bonafide, proper Championship / lower level PL manager to instil some proper training & tactics to get this bunch of players performing to a consistent level.
We are on the fast road to oblivion with this current set up.
