    Well its a odd one with washington & yes youre right they did, i just think hes got a big issue when it comes to finishing nerves wise, like that miss at birmingham was shocking especially when he had time, but yeah as a striker you should know all the movements, but it seems speed and pace has been chosen over talent these days if there needing to coach players how to play especially upfront

      Ive already said above about obviously there coaching them but basics like move,ment and knowing where and when to go should be natural

            What about other teams that improve their team through shrewd frugal recruitment and good coaching?

                Only Luongo has improved under Pollie. Can name numerous who have gone backwards. He is the Frank Spencer of football management!
