For me people like Ollie, Les etc should always been given respect given their past achievements at the club. You want them out? that's fine, no problem, just say that....but no need to go to this level.

How about his past achievement of taking QPR down to League 1 in 2001. 1 win in 13 games , but let's ignore that and blame it all on the players, just as some are doing now. Granted he then rebuilt the side and took them back up after 3 seasons, then a mid table finish, before it started to unravel again.

As a player he was a headless chicken without Wilkins alongside him. Talking of the latter, his name was tarnished after his spell as manager, yet he was a very good player for the club.

Now, what use for him, how about a club ambassador, where he can visit schools and clubs and talk the club up in a bid to get new fans supporting QPR.

Respect his past but not what he is doing now. Should of walked end of last season let alone now. Just hanging on for every last penny in knowledge this will be his last role at this level. And good old Uncle lacks the balls to get rid.
