Plenty out there as posted up the other day.... a decent appointment will be a good investment. Doing nothing threatens the club's status. Even Uncle must finally have sussed this.

Pointed that out myself - in fact I've been saying since he was appointed that Les's biggest problem was that he'd put off anyone worthwhile managing the club - but it's in Uncles own interest to put a deal together. He can call the shots on negotiating a deal.

But he needs to get real really fast. I'd bet good money that things will not improve under the current structure.

Here lies a big problem for me. We seem to sign Players/Managers on who is flavour of the moth and in form as opposed to their talent and what they can actually bring to the club. JFH and Conor Washington glaring exaples of this.

all transfer players are selections made by the dof les and a panel of scouts. the manager picks a player from that list.

who selects and appoints the manager is the dof les.

therefore, the problems we have here are all driectly linked and the person responsible is dof les.
