Dont people realise its still 3 mnths to Jan so cutting our squad at the mo is not very wise w/o a imediate better replacement.

Bernie - Saturday was really good the best performance I've seen for ages, but I would swap Buzz and Routledge, so they are playing in there favoured positions.

      -------------- Cerny ---------------
      Ram-Stewart-Gorkss-Borrowdale
      Routledge-Faurlin-Mahon-Taarabt
      -------------- Buzz ----------------
      ------------ Simpson -------------

        Don't people realise ---

        a) It's a rumour
        b) We don't have to grant the request today.
We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are...

Just because a player hands in a transfer request doesnt automatically mean its granted. Also doesnt mean he wont continue to give 100%, especially someone like Ramage. Circumstances change too or they could have a change of heart.

If Connelly gets fit soon, and we have Leigertwood too at RB.... I'd say that's a good thing.

Sorry to hear the *rumour* about Ramage, but whatever people think of Borrowdale - some natural competition for his place is the least we should have.

Think the idea with Routledge, Taarabt and Buzz is for them to constantly switch positions, so really the "lineup" on paper is pretty meaningless for them.

I actually used the lineup to show my ITK credentials, having referred to the recent publication "How to Make Yourself Seem Really Important" by Pete Jones. Chapter 41 - Plausible Deniability. It's a belter.

If we were to say "goodbye" to Ramage in January with Legs still doing well at right back and Connolly back to fitness while we were also saying "hello" to a new left back of the calibre of Spurr I wd say that was a very good bit of business.

Puzzled who the left back cd be tho - Spurr has just signed a new contract. So if not him, which other left back is highly regarded in this division???

****** big "if" for a bloke with Glandular Fever. Think you could easily forget him for this season. As it stands, we have NO cover at the club for Borrowdale, and that isn't good when Borrowdale should only be the cover in the first place.

Is Chris Barker still at Plymouth? :waaaht:

Or perhaps the young lad at Cov, is it Daniel Fox?

Very true. There is always possibility that both Magilton and Ramage will sit together and sort things out.

Wasn't aware that Matt is out for that long... mixed reports on that.
But if he is... then we need cover for Leigertwood - and that is Ramage, at the moment.

Cover for Borrowdale? (or IMO, a replacement)...... Nothing.
And that needs addressing - pronto.

I still think we should at least take a look at Ramage at left back, or Leigertwood.

Whatever the opinions on Borrowdale - to have ZERO alternative/cover for him is a big problem just waiting to happen.
