Also regarding Ramsey I believe the timing was wrong with his appointment and had we got it right, he could go on to becoming a very successful manager, if given the chance again.

Bottom line is there's not a shred of evidence to suggest Gallen did a good job imo.

Very true Ginge, Ramsey has got a proven record at Youth level over last 7 years and is without doubt a key reason these youngsters are now breaking into the first team squad. He definitely seems to have the knack of developing them into decent first team players.
