it's frustrating lately as we've played well just not got the results we deserved, part of that has been down to ollie insisting on playing the same non scoring forwards up front and part of it has been down to luck but a winless run of 7 games isn't good. don't think we have much to gain from sacking ollie and replacing him with jacket though, ollie has done a lot of good at the club since he's been here like building a good team unit, getting the players to work hard and bringing in some good players like scowen, baptiste and freeman who are all key players for us now not to mention we've been hit hard with injuries at the back and have worked through it reasonably well.
