Sigh. If only it was that simple. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way.

This site's existence is dependent on Google 'Adsense' for revenue. They constantly employ spybots to scour through threads on sites that use their service. Any keywords or images that violate their draconian and unreasonable rules can cause a site to be suspended or shut down, usually with little warning. To make matters worse their appeal service is virtually non-existent. It's therefore hardly surprising that the forum owner can get nervous and posts or posters occasionally need censoring, which neither he nor admin are happy to carry out, resulting in them often and unfairly taking the blame for - when it's ultimately the Google paymasters that are responsible for the situation.

But this is the price we all pay for having a 100% independent R's fan site. The likes of not606 and LFW are not independent as they're under the umbrella of larger networks, which therefore grants them more freedom and laxity in their forum rules.
